yes i know dav thanks . but i dont understand how he knows who has voted and who hasnt with poll. would it be better to post thing like cS used .it was kinda like this you logon and post if your frist person to vote you type 1/5 and so on. then all the recruit has to do is look at the forum and ask the ones, that hasnt voted for him.

This is how it suppose to work:
- My sponsor keeps me update with the votes and the requirements.
- While I ask every single member i see in channel to play with me at least 1 game per person and move on to the next. Maybe I will get only 3 votes out of 6 members who played with me; the other 3 just have no time to vote.

There should be secret ballot because the member that vote no for reason.
