On the behalf of the council, we have decided to promote a couple of members.

IvIS-Range - Judicate

IvIS-FrosT - Senior Member
IvIS-Theo - Senior Member
IvIS-AnGle - Senior Member
IvIS-Raver - Senior Member

NOTE TO ALL MEMBERS: There will be another promotion in about two weeks, so if you want to rank up, show us that you are worth it.

Congrats to the members received the promotion and keep on have fun and be active on bnet and forum.
The 3 keys to a promotion are Activeness (on tag), Positive Attitude (toward other members), and Have Fun with members.

Just to let everyone know, the promotions were not based on your votes for the Judicate.
Dav and I discussed it since only three members voted.
