Lol I agree that he knows the basics. but his start offs are very bad or he was just under pressure playing for voting ... lol I cant really vote yet cause I need to play with him some more |

One must plays under any kind of condition, pressure or not. Though, it's good to exam him thoroughly and beside if he really wants to join he will stick around.
